There is seafood galore on the menu with everything from the freshest catch from local fisherman to local shrimp, crab legs and more. Plus, the hush puppies are to die for! Open for lunch and dinner daily, but be prepared to wait awhile for a seat during peak season.

ELA’s Blu Water Grille – Located on Shelter Cove Harbour, ELA’s offers upscale gourmet cuisine with an impeccable view of the marsh. Dine inside or step out on the romantic garden patio to enjoy the night air. Visited by Paula Abdul and Jane Seymour, ELA’s is a hot new spot in Hilton Head. It will certainly satisfy your seafood craving with fresh catch seafood and steaks. Open for dinner nightly and lunch Sunday-Friday from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Skull Creek Boathouse – Skull Creek Boathouse, located at 397 Squire Pope Road, is known for its great sunset views. The menu includes plenty of seafood like crab legs, Lowcountry boils, as well as pastas, steaks and salads. Open for dinner and lunch.

Old Oyster Factory – A classic Hilton Head stop, the Old Oyster Factory is great for families and has been around for 20 years. Enjoy a fantastic panoramic marsh view of the island. In fact, it was listed as one of the top 100 scenic view restaurants by Open Table online reservation system. Of course, there are plenty of oysters at the Old Oyster Factory, along with crab cakes, shrimp and fresh fish. Open for dinner nightly at 4:45 p.m.

Salty Dog Café – It would be a shame if you left Hilton Head without a Salty Dog T-shirt, but there’s more to this Café than just clothing! The Salty Dog is located on South Beach Marina. Enjoy the water views along with a full menu of seafood, salads and sandwiches. Plus, eat inside or outside at the outdoor bar. During peak season, there are kids’ activities, live music and free photos with Jake the Salty Dog!
