Yoga is a popular relaxation class and when it is done on the beach it is even more relaxing! Below are some benefits of beach yoga and places in Hilton Head that offer beach yoga!

  1. Vitamin D: Any exercise you do outdoors can give you a boost of Vitamin D. Vitamin D can help keep your bones and muscles healthy.

The Art of Massage and Yoga Therapy

 Merge body and breath with nature. Join April Lewis with The Art of Massage and Yoga Therapy for yoga on the beach every Saturday and Sunday morning during the summer. Classes are complimentary for overnight guests of The Beach House Resort. Not a registered overnight guest? No problem! The drop in rate is $15 per person. Look for the American flag in the sand by the ocean in front of the Tiki Hut. Don’t forget to bring a towel and water! A yoga mat is recommended but not required. It is located behind the Beach House resort on Coligny Beach.



Jiva Yoga

 They offer Beach Yoga in the morning Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am to 8:30 am at Coligny Beach. For more information on pricing and other classes visit the website below. The price is $15.00 per dog.



Island Yoga

They provide private beach yoga lessons depending on how small or larger your group is. Check out the website for more information or give them a call at 803-420-2829 to book a session!
